BRIDGETTE JASINSKI

Suburban Express clarifies situation with Bridgette Jasinski
Bridgette Jasinski uses the name Bridgette Dorothy on Facebook

Everything on this page is our opinion.

You know how some people are just looking for a fight? Just moments into a conversation, you
realize you're talking to someone who is damaged goods and wants to debate or argue with you,
whether they are wrong or not? That's how we'd describe Bridgette Jasinski. Or maybe we should
call her the female Jeremy Leval. They would probably make a good pair.

Bridgette's Linkedin Page

Bridgette rode Suburban Express a whole bunch of times, so she was apparently satisfied with our
services.

In January 2019, we had to cancel a trip because a driver refused to work in the extreme cold.
The driver's refusal to work made us very angry with the driver, because we had no backup drivers
that day, nor could we subcontract the trip. His actions meant we had to cancel the trip. We
don't like cancelling trips, because we don't like letting our customers down. But cancel the
trip we did.

Unfortunately, in the rush to email and call all the customers, we made an error. We advised
customers that non-existent trip #1200 had been cancelled, when in fact it was trip #1400 that
had been cancelled. All but a handful of passengers understood that they had received an email
stating their trip was cancelled because their trip was in fact cancelled. All but a few
passengers correctly understood that their trip was cancelled, and most purchased tickets on
the later bus.

Bridgette Jasinski was one of the people who believed the email did not apply to her. So she
showed up for the cancelled bus and got her little nose cold waiting outside. Two hours later,
the #1600 showed up. As soon as the door opened, Bridgette tore into the loading supervisor.
Rather than calmly explaining her situation and asking if she could get on a bus for which she
was not ticketed, she immediately started screaming threats -- telling the loading supervisor
that her brother is an attorney and he's going to sue Suburban Express. She pouted and argued and
even called her daddy on her cell phone and shoved it in the face of the loading supervisor.

Loading personnel don't like being attacked. Nobody does. Had Bridgette Jasinski not launched all
the nukes immediately upon making contact, we would have let her on bus #1600. But her extremely
rude and aggressive behavior interfered with the loading of other passengers, potentially delayed
departure of the bus, and was generally a nightmare for everyone involved. We all have better
things to do than argue with maladjusted, spoiled little teens.

After the bus departed, we sent her a short email, advising her that she was no longer welcome on
Suburban Express.

Email sent to little Bridgette

It turns out that Bridgette is a social justice warrior, and her main focus seems to be sexual
assault. We infer from this that she has been assaulted. What a terrible tragedy. But that
doesn't give Bridgette a free pass to be unpleasant to everyone she encounters.

Bridgette seems to like attention and seems to know how to make a fuss when she's mad about
something. A few hours after little Bridgette was turned away from the bus, she was online,
trashing Suburban Express and making numerous false statements about her interaction with the bus
driver and loading supervisor. Rather than admitting that she had immediately launched into a
childish tirade, she claimed that she was calm, polite, and professional - or something like
that.

Witness Account of Jasinski Interaction and Ban Email

We eventually got a call from the local TV station that is known for trashy, inflammatory reporting,
WCIA. We sent the reporter our account of the situation, and she proceeded to inaccurately report
on the matter.

Our side of the story was not told, despite the fact that we immediately provided shoddy reporter
Jennifer Jensen with written materials regarding the incident. Reporter Jennifer Jensen basically
lied when she claimed that we had no comment.

In the first WCIA report on the matter, Jasinski made this false claim:

"Jasinski says, "I took my polite attitude and I also became stern. I said, 'Excuse me, I paid
for a service and I need to get home. You did not email about this bus. You emailed about a
different bus.'"

So wait, being a screaming lunatic and being polite are equivalent?

Bridgette put on such a great show for WCIA, that they seemed to call her up every time they
wanted to do a story after that. "Get that nutty chick on camera again," they must have thought,
"she puts on a great show."

Commenting on the fact that we ban misbehaving customers such as herself, Bridgette Jasinski
had this to offer WCIA:

"Jasinski says, "The fact that he hurt students, banned them, referring to them on his 'Page of
Shame,' these are unacceptable forms of behavior, particularly for a business owner. I really
think he should be apologetic and thankful for the opportunity to continue conducting his
business."

She's saying that we should be apologetic and thankful to the little misbehaving monsters who
we have banned in the past? Whoa, talk about mixed up.

Here's a video of this mousy little monster. Watch her struggle to keep it together as she
apparently lies to the camera about her behavior:

Bridgette can't seem to keep her story straight. In a blog post, she stated "Though I generally
avoid Suburban Express, it was seemingly my best time-sensitive option." Her purchase history,
however, tells a much different story. We'd characterize her as a regular customer. Apparently,
she's willing to twist the truth around when she's desperate to make a point.

In case you're not already convinced that Bridgette Jasinski is a nutjob, check out this web page.
She seems to be desperately trying to impose order on a chaotic world. We think she may need
some meds. But that's just our opinion.
